1. Overview of Summer Camp
- Camp Name: TOTville Summer Camp
- Location: TOTville Sensory Gym
- Duration: 8 weeks (June - August)
- Age Group: 3-10 years old
- Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Themes: Weekly rotating themes focused on sensory exploration, motor skill development, social interaction, and muscle strengthening.
- Capacity: 20 children per session
2. Program Goals
- Enhance sensory processing and motor skills.
- Promote social engagement, teamwork, and communication.
- Provide a structured environment with fun and engaging activities.
- Support children with special needs while ensuring inclusivity.
- Encourage physical fitness and muscle development through targeted activities.
3. Daily Schedule
- 9:00 - 9:30 AM: Welcome & Morning Circle Time (Social Icebreakers)
- 9:30 - 10:30 AM: Sensory Play Stations (Focus on teamwork)
- 10:30 - 11:00 AM: Snack Break (Social mealtime)
- 11:00 - 12:00 PM: Group Activities (Obstacle Course, Strength-Based Play, Arts & Crafts, Music)
- 12:00 - 12:30 PM: Lunch (Encouraging Social Bonds)
- 12:30 - 1:30 PM: Indoor Movement Activities (Strength and Coordination Development)
- 1:30 - 2:30 PM: Skill-Building Workshops (Social and Motor Skill Challenges)
- 2:30 - 3:00 PM: Cool Down & Parent Pick-Up
4. Cost
Registration Fee: $50 per child (one-time)
Tuition Fee: $400 per week per child
Sibling Discount: 10% off for additional siblings

Welcome to TOTville Summer Camp! We are excited to have your child join us for a summer filled with fun, learning, and growth. Please review the following policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
1. Camp Hours and Attendance
- Camp operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM and pick-up ends at 3:15 PM.
- Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $15 per 15 minutes.
2. Arrival and Departure Procedures
- Parents must sign in and out their child each day.
- A photo ID is required for pick-up if someone other than the parent/guardian is collecting the child.
3. What to Bring
- Nut-free lunch and snacks.
- Labeled water bottle.
- Extra change of clothes.
- Diapers and wipes (if applicable).
- Any required medications with proper documentation.
4. Health and Safety
Daily health screenings will be conducted upon arrival.
Children showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to attend.
All equipment and play areas will be sanitized daily.
5. Behavior Expectations
Respectful behavior towards peers and staff is expected at all times.
No rough play, inappropriate language, or bullying will be tolerated.
If behavioral concerns arise, parents will be contacted for support.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required to secure a spot.
Weekly tuition is $400 per child, payable in advance.
Sibling discount: 10% off for additional children.
No refunds will be provided for missed days.
7. Emergency Procedures
- In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
- Staff members are trained in CPR and first aid.
8. Communication
- Parents will receive weekly updates via email or text/app
- Any concerns or questions can be addressed via phone or email.
9. Special Accommodations
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
- We strive to provide an inclusive and accommodating environment for all children.

Behavior Agreement:
At TOTville Summer Camp, we strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following behavior expectations:
- Children are expected to treat staff and peers with respect at all times.
- Physical aggression, bullying, and inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
- Participation in all scheduled activities is required unless otherwise discussed
with staff.
- Parents will be informed of any behavior issues and may be required to pick up
their child if concerns persist.

We love capturing special moments at TOTville Summer Camp! Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities and used for promotional purposes, including social media and our website. Please indicate your preference below:
