Expert Witness for child custody/parenting cases

At TOTville, we believe that every parent wants what is best for their child.  Unfortunately, parents do not always agree on what this is, especially when they are parenting separately.  When parents are starting to or are in the process of working on a custody or parenting agreement an expert witness can be a helpful resource in giving an unbiased educated opinion.  This is especially important when the child is young, has special needs, or is simply unable to effectively communicate their wants and needs.  

Yevgeniya (Jessica) holds a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (OT),  is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), is trained in and practices Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, Prenatal and Infant Sleep Training, Tummy Time Method, The Svetlana Masgutova Method, Beckman Oral Motor, Cranial Nerve Dysfunction in pre-crawling infants, and Ankyloglossia (TOTs).  This includes oral motor therapy, feeding, eating and swallowing.  She works on the global development of her patients in the following areas which includes, but is not limited to; gross motor, fine motor, oral motor, cognitive and sensory development.

With Jessica’s knowledge and experience, she can provide the court with an idea of the child(ren)s requirements and a schedule or routine that would benefit them.
