Inexpensive Homemade Toy – Rattle
All the toys we buy – and what do our kids want to play with? Tupperware, plastic bottles, spoons & pans – to name a few! Here’s a little something I made for my son that was a long time favorite toy.
Materials
- Clear soda bottle with cap – empty, clean and dry.
- Rice, pasta or uncooked popcorn kernels.
- Non-toxic glue.
Directions
- Make sure the plastic bottle you are using is clean and dry.
- Place the rice, pasta or corn in the bottle.
- Glue the top on.
That’s it! Voila! Inexpensive toy you can make in five minutes with items you probably already have in your home.
